TULANE: A returning letterwinner... begins fall camp as the starter at left cornerback.

2007 (FRESHMAN): Played in 11 games and earned four starting assignments... registered 32 tackles (28 solo) and was responsible for two pass breakups... also returned five punts for 24 yards... tallied a career-high seven solo tackles at SMU and at Rice... produced four tackles vs. Houston and Tulsa and posted three solo tackles vs. Memphis... received his first career start at SMU.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterman at Peachtree Ridge High where he saw action as a defensive back, wide receiver and punt returner for coach Blair Armstrong... earned first-team all-state and all-county and second-team all-region honors as a senior, when he helped lead PRHS to the state title... tallied 39 tackles and a state-best seven interceptions on defense, averaged 87.0 yards on nine grabs on offense, and scored twice while averaging 10.0 yards per punt return on special teams in 2006... named team captain of prep team and the prestigious North vs. South All-Star Team... also selected to play in the East-West All-American Bowl in Orlando, Fla.... as a junior, posted 38 tackles and four picks.

PERSONAL: Undecided on a major... born September 13, 1988... one of three sons of Adrian and Donna Davis... named to the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.
