HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letterman at Clear Creek High for coach Darryl Warden... earned second-team all-district 24-5A honors his final two prep seasons, and claimed a spot on the honorable-mention list as a sophomore... helped the Wildcats win the 2005 district crown and advance to the state playoffs as a junior and senior... as a senior, snared 26 passes for 341 yards (13.12 avg.) and five touchdowns... as a junior, caught four passes for 150 yards and a score to help CCHS post its first state playoff win since 1962... also lettered in track and field.

PERSONAL: Undecided on a major... born Taylor Reid Echols on August 16, 1989, in Webster, Texas... one of three children of Gary and Cay Echols.
