TULANE: A returning starter and letterwinner. 2007 (FRESHMAN RS): Started seven of 12 games and saw double duty as a receiver and a punt returner... caught 11 passes for 182 yards...started all seven games as a flanker... his best game was vs. Houston where he registered career bests of four catches for 115 yards, and produced the longest reception of the season with a 42-yard catch from Scott Elliott... snared three passes for 27 yards vs. Southeastern Louisiana... on special teams, he led the team with 13 punt returns for 55 yards... 2006 (FRESHMAN): Did not play; received a red-shirt season. HIGH SCHOOL: Two-way player who earned all-state honors as a return specialist... earned all-state, all-Metro, all-district, Pelican Preps Player of the Week and WAFB High School Player of the Week as a senior... rushed for 217 yards and three scores, hauled in 40 passes for 623 yards and five touchdowns, posted 289 yards and a score on punt returns, 736 yards and two touchdowns on kickoff returns, picked off four passes and forced two fumbles in 2005... totaled more than 2,100 all-purpose yards as a senior... for his career, tallied 3,843 all-purpose yards: 217 rushing (3 TDs), 1,755 receiving (20 TDs), 711 punt return (3 TDs), 1,058 kickoff return (3 TD), and 102 on interception returns... helped the Comets finish second in the state in 2005, and also claimed the District 10-3A title in 2004 and share the district title in 2003... also lettered in baseball and basketball... off the field, was an Academic All-State selection, a four-year member of the Alpha Honor Roll and named Mr. St. Charles Catholic.
