Toledo, Tulane Football Staff to Barnstorm State of Louisiana with Satellite Camps For the second straight year, Tulane University head football coach Bob Toledo and the Green Wave football staff will embark on a football satellite camp barnstorming tour throughout the state of Louisiana with six total stops during a six-day stretch. Football Has Light Workout in Final Spring Practice The Tulane University football team donned helmets and shorts for its final spring workout before the annual spring football game at 1 p.m. Saturday at the George G. "Sunny" Westfeldt Practice Facility. Football Goes Full Pads In Day 14 Of Spring Practice The energy level was high and the intensity was even higher - perhaps too high for the taste of head coach Bob Toledo - as the Tulane University football team went full pads in Day 14 of Spring Practice Wednesday afternoon at the Westfeldt Practice Facility. Tulane Athletics to Host "A Saturday with the Green Wave" Three Tulane University sports teams will be in action this Saturday and the TU Athletics Department would like to invite its fans, alumni and all Tulane students to spend Saturday afternoon cheering on the Green Wave in three separate events. Parking for all three events will be available free of charge in the Diboll Parking Garage located on Ben Weiner Drive. Football Visits Martin Luther King, Jr. School Tuesday Children's faces lit up at the sight of college football players at their school when members of the Tulane University football team and coaching staff visited Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Charter School for Science and Technology in the Ninth Ward Tuesday, and held a football clinic for the students. |
